I've always loved forest creatures and most of my early sculpting work centered around monsters that were very natural and would be right at home in any forest. It feels good to be getting back to those themes and ideas after taking a year or two and exploring different types of dragons and kaiju style monsters. Satyrs and myths of Krampus, Perchten, Cernunnos and the Horned God have always been some of my favorites and this is the first in a series of Limited Edition Busts and one of a kind pieces that I'll be working on in between my usual commission work. This is a large piece and stands almost 24 inches tall from the bottom of the base to the tops of the horns. the horns are 12 inches across at the widest point. The chest portion is hollow to save on materials but the base is solid as are the head and horns.
